30 minutes in the drive-through waiting for the driest piece of chicken, that is not even what I ordered. It came with the smallest amount of dry rice and and my fried Yucca looks like it has been fried, refried, under fried, over fried. I don't even know what all this black stuff on it is, just gross. Avoid the Homestead Location at all costs.
Absolutely disgusting and very dissatisfied I asked first the new civiche dish got home and this is what I had .
If you like waiting then this is the place for you! I ordered online for pickup at 5:35pm and I didn't leave until 6:25 because they deleted my order from their queue then decided to argue with me saying that I had just entered the store and wasn't waiting at the pickup location for 40 minutes. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY FORGOT MY PLANTAINS. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $4 to have someone wait for you for delivery instead of doing it yourself. You won't get that hour back.
Unbelievable with all money Pollo Tropical makes every day, they have a order taker that look like from a 3rd world country. No respect to the clients at all.
