Jersey Boardwalk Pizza - Homestead

For the first time, EXCELLENT Pizza! Large crust, sweet sauce and cheese tastes like a real fresh cheese. Service was polite, attentive and friendly. However, AC was broken and it was really hot down there (at night). There was a temporary AC unit that was not switched on. Apart from that, we found our new Go-to-Pizza spot in Homestead!

Im not sure I'd its because I got my food at the end of the night, but it was horrendous. I ordered the Philly cheese sub with the works, but it was dry, tasteless, and boring. I was severely disappointed. I also ordered the lasagna, and garlic bread but again disgust. The pasta had no flavor, the marinara sauce tasted like it was poured on top out of a can with no seasoning. The fries had no salt, and were wilted. And the garlic bread tasted like toast with butter. Awful, I won't eat here again.

I received my pizza delivery cold and with the wrong toppings (meatballs instead of mushrooms). The delivery took over an hour and the response to the mistake was very poor. When I called to inform them of the error, I was told a new pizza would be sent in another hour and that I should not touch the one I received. I chose to keep the pizza I had (and remove the meatballs) rather than wait another hour to eat. This is not the first time this has happened and I am disappointed. The delivery time is too long, the pizza was cold, and the business' response to the mistake was inadequate. The quality of the pizza was also subpar, with burnt edges and a soggy middle. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in their customer service to prevent losing more customers.

First I want to start off by saying they need new management someone to go in there and really run the place professionally. When we sat down to eat they wanted us to leave a review, when we sat down nothing bad happened and everything went well however two days later we ordered for delivery and they gave our pizza to someone else the only good thing that came out of the situation is we got a free pizza! But we waited almost 2 hours to eat! Next I’m trying to call to order for “pick up” and I literally called 20 times in a row no one answering the phones!!! This is just ridiculous and they need to get with the program! Never been so hard to order pizza!!! I’m super disappointed in this place!

6 months ago: Ordered at 7:30.. I live down the street and received cold pizza 2 hours later. I guess the driver likes to drive around town before delivering... 12/02/17: Ordered at 7:18 PM 1 pizza and spaghetti .. it’s 9:11 PM and we still have not received our order. Florida City location has changed drastically since 2016 ever since the homestead location closed. There should be 2 drivers at this location so they don’t deliver hard cold pizza 2 hours later.
