The employees there did not serve the general public in the manner that I believe is in line with your values. I have visited the restaurant twice this week and both times my order was completely wrong, despite me repeating it three times. I received a refund for one of the orders, but I am now hesitant to go back because of the poor service. On my third visit, the cashier laughed as she realized my order was missing. The manager then offered to refund me or give me a hamburger because my food had been given to someone else. This experience is not what I would expect from a restaurant bearing your name. I suggest improving the service at the Homerville location to reflect the values and standards of your brand. I have been a loyal customer at your Waycross location for over 25 years, but after this experience, I will not be returning to Homerville. I recommend others to visit the headquarters in Waycross for a better dining experience. Sincerely, The Kat in the Hat
The staff members at this restaurant are fantastic, very friendly, and do a great job. The vegetables are always fresh and the wait time is minimal. I highly recommend trying the Tuna Sub with cucumbers and vinaigrette EVOOil!
The food quality at this Subway is average, but the cleanliness of the facility is below my expectations.
