The food was great. The environment was a bit loud and quite chaotic, which is not ideal, but this is just the general atmosphere.

Great place, good food, but the service is the BEST. In today's world, people working at this location in Hollywood FL are excellent. They are friendly, sweet and very helpful. Thank you.

Tijuana Flats Hollywood, Fl Truly made my birthday unforgettable! Came in to pick up a phone order and the staff was super attentive and friendly! Danni surprised me with Keksteig flute for my birthday! I was in other places, but never got as much service as I read night! A young guy also helped me with my car with the order... I'll change to this place right now! Thank you Tijuana!

The staff is very welcoming, always welcomes customers and will generally ask if a customer wants to see a printed menu before going to the counter. When you eat, the staff are attentive and the hot sauce bar is fantastic (but work my way through the many flavors. The food is delicious and everything is fresh. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the order to go mistakes to check your order before leaving, as the kitchen seems to constantly forget to pack the fixes (letters, tomatoes, acid cream, guacamole, etc., or make the order wrong.

It wasn't busy at the time that we went which was after 4pm. Service was fast and friendly and the order was correct. My partner always order flautas but they looked and tasted different he said. Very few people eating in, lots of to go orders being picked up.
