The US Hotel in Hollidaysburg was the best choice in such a long time, from the beginning to the end. Our waitress Nancy was such a pleasant young woman and so caring and over all wonderful, our meals was good and hot when they arrived at our table. If you are from this area or from out of town please stop by and enjoy a meal and the atmosphere of the US Hotel. Thank you to the owners& the staff. We will be back.
I saw a picture of the Drunken Mushrooms and made my family go there. Mushrooms were outstanding. Everything we had was amazing. Kids had grilled cheese and tomato bisque they said it was the best ever. Hubs had the French dip and we also had Brussel sprouts and wings. The peach cider was great and the service was friendly.
One of my favorite places to go to eat! The facility is beautiful and represents historic Hollidaysburg perfectly. If you can get there for brunch it is such a treat!
My family and I stumbled upon this place just outside of Altoona. The food is fantastic! Fresh ingredients and scratch cooking! Very cool building as well, almost 200 years old. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Great experience.
The decor is 1850's and even though the location is difficult to find, it is worth finding it. The food is plentiful and the menu varied. We could not finish the large portions. Laura was our wonderful waitress.
