Arby's - Holladay

Our order was wrong, kinda expected. Didn't expect the huge overcharge tho.I called and spoke to the Manager and drove 10 miles back. While I was waiting for the correction, 3 other food mistakes walked in! Kudos to Jessica for making it right BUT the entire crew needs to work on manners customer service. Convenient but not worth the hassle.

The young man taking orders at the register was enthusiastic and kind. His name eludes me, but I believe it starts with a C. I commended him on his excellent customer service. It is so refreshing to see.

I wish the Arby's in my hometown had outstanding service and food like this one.10pm or 3am the staff was incredibly personable and the food was fantastic! We ended up eating there during our visit 3 times! Im not big on fast food much anymore but there's not many options available even more so at night. I'm so thankful for your team. If I'm in the area again I'll 100% be stopping here!
