Przekaż informację zwrotnąOn 26.06.2019 a menu for 55 €. on Thursday and Friday and until Saturday afternoon I suffered from serious nausea, mourning and apathy. on 28.06 nothing could eat, etc. I had a heavy diarrhea too. during the examination of the excretions, the pfifferlings measured on Wednesday, some pieces of white tip, some with knots, small plastic particles and who knows what else. I actually wanted to create a health report to examine and confirm the contaminated foods. the ding is so disgusting that I am glad I will go and I will be better.
We were in KAI3 for the repeated time and were as always very satisfied. The menu composition is interchangeable and also visually a highlight. Service as always 1 .
Culinary it was a palate and partly magical.
The first four greetings from the kitchen, the first four courses and the entire wine tasting were perfect! The Lamb Gang was raw, the strong lemongrass aroma was neither suitable for red wine nor lamb. The double offer for the lamb after roasting did not correspond to the level of ambition, there was no excuse, just as little as a thank you for the payment. The dessert passage was tasty (Amarena Becher 3.0) with the truffle in the vanilla ice cream, the main skeleton did not even know that truffles were processed. Conclusion: The Somelier was Star-Level, the kitchen as a whole unfortunately under the line (sweet, is a hard plaster) unfortunately not for nearly 700 euros. My impression: too many tables with too many choices at the corridors and so many greetings are hardly irreplaceable at star level. Less would often be more and kindness if you don't pay for anything.
A completely successful evening. The food was very creative, scary tasty, and the wine tasting was perfect. The service was very courteous and friendly. We look forward to seeing you again!
