The chefs are in front and in the middle. Sharon keeps the drinks flowing and salads fresh! All employees are amazing here! You can visit the Derek Lounge directly through the next door.
This place is amazing. Hesitate to get the word out will be too busy. Just the best place to probably in the state. As a cook myself, I can appreciate the scratches nature of the Chef dishes. I've never eaten there and probably cooked 100,000 steaks I decided for fish and shrimp. His preparation of the record was in place. I grew up cooking fresh shrimps on the coast and either someone who grows up immediately or someone would know how to grill shrimps. So we need to talk and his resume is quite extensive and it shows. I can't come back soon. My hat is going to them! Keep the excellent work and I will see you soon! His version of an Alfredo was nearby as we do, you will not be disappointed there either. All in all the best money spent for a meal, short on a long trip or flight. Our server was excellent warm welcoming and full of wonderful suggestions.
He worked in Hobbs and found this place accidentally looking for a steak. Actually, when we were on the park we were very skeptical, but the reviews were really good. So I have to say the restaurant itself is actually very cozy and beautiful BUT the FOOD was GREAT. I've traveled for 10 years and worked on and out and never knew about it, but I wish.

The Saxony Ribeye is very very good.. awesome flavor... it melts in your mouth.. best steak I've had in a long time... I've had steak at many places but this is in my top 3..
