Wonderful service and food! We ate here our first night in Praha as we were staying at the hotel. It was unbelievably delicious. The courtyard is beautiful ad feels like a hidden gem. The carpaccio was tender and flavorful. I had the risotto with escargot and it was to die for. Perfectly cooked and a great blend of flavors. Hubs had some type of beef (shank maybe? I can't remember) that was served with traditional Czech dumplings and the MOST flavorful sauce. The combination of meat, cranberry, dumpling and sauce was perfection.

Excellent food and service! I was impressed with the elegance, calm, and live music. They can handle the picky or subdued customer. Food: Seafood plate appetizer was all the things I wanted that no one had put on one plate for me! Oriental shrimp Salad was large and tasty. Halibut with prawn was a great match with potato purée. The beef filet was the best my mom had ever had. My chocolate moeulleux made my night complete and my mom's champagne mango sorbet was very classy in a cocktail glass. Drinks: We tried a local wine that was impressive as it was custom made for the restaurant. I learned that dry in Prague is not that dry and was more balanced then most other regions of the world for white wine. Enjoy the visit!

Food and service was excellent. I had the potato soup and it was fresh and tasted wonderful. Never tasted it in the US so thinking it may be authentic. We had the sword fish which also tasted great.

If you are looking for a truly special and romantic restaurant with stunning food and excellent service, this is definitely the place to go. Aquarius with it's stunning opulent interior, exquisite meals and great wine selection always makes the evening special. I can definitely recommend this place for special occasions and romantic dinners as Aquarius feels like a fairy tale.
