Mcalister's Deli - Hiram

McAlister has redeemed himself. My first and only experience was the new McAlister in Acworth. I just visited this McAlister location and I have nothing but positive moods. I was greeted by a young lady as soon as I came in with a welcome. First look: floor is immaculately clean and the tables...big plus, as it is the first thing I notice to go to a restaurant and the most important factor I will not overlook. I'm going to the bar and I'm greeted by a young woman named Zakia. She was very helpful, well maintained and dressed. Zakia was very patient. I had explained that I had only been to another place at McAlister and she even had a few suggestions. She was just very pleasant, what was refreshed. You know how much I love good customer service, so if I get it, I've been thinking about who ever gives the excellence of customer service. She went beyond and beyond to help and I am grateful and grateful. I ordered the roast beef and beef sandwich with potato salad and a large blackberry limonade. Everything was great. The sandwich was perfected and exploded with taste. Right with the lemonade it was another kind of refreshment. Long story short, if you have a clean restaurant, with good food and excellent customer service, you need more that a 5-star review in my book. A great thank you to Zakia and Management. Your location in Hiram is a winner! Acworth should note how to lead with a great example of what a McAlister should be.

I visited this location several times and my King Club was consistently delicious. It is rare that you have the same taste and quality every time you visit a restaurant and this place is consistent. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I definitely come back!

Love there grilled chicken salads and the service is Always outstanding.Food: 5/5

We haven’t been here at this location since they first opened. At that time, it wasn’t bad, food was excellent, and service above average, prices were reasonable for what you got. Today we stopped in and had to check the hours on the door, because there was hardly any cars in the lot. Sign said open till 9:00 pm . So we went in- the place looked empty- one customer. We ordered lunch, my wife got a salad and a bowl of soup. I got a half sandwich and a cup of soup and we got two unsweet iced teas. The check was almost $32.00. For what we got, we think that was very expensive. It’s no wonder their llot was almost empty and the restaurant had just one customer in it. This was around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon

I placed an order online last night from McAlister's Deli in Hiram. First time eating from here.Ordering was pretty easy. You know some places you order from online get confusing and can aggravate you.The timing was perfect. My food was ready no wait. Maybe because they were closing.It may have been because it was my first time and didn't know what to expect, we did not love it.My husband loves Ruebans but not this one.I don't know anything about them, but he said what should have been warm wasn't, the cheese wasn't melted, nor the bread toasted.He likes his ruebans hot. Some people may not.I had a chicken salad sandwich which was good but my bread was hard.We also got a southwestern chicken salad, I didn't see anywhere to choose the dressing we wanted, didn't like the dressing it came with. Not sure what it is called.The fruit bowl was good and my husband liked the sweet potato salad, I don't care for sweet potato salad.I'm not opposed to trying this place again.Maybe their baked potato will be better than what we ordered.I liked to know what others are saying about this place.
