Golden Krust Caribbean - Hiram

Food was great, customer service was great. I would reccomend everyone go check it out. They give you so much food. I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies there were just wonderful, I will be back.

My family an I was there for lunch today?. I?m from the Caribbean and I?m so very pleased with our experience at Golden Krust. It taste like an explosion of flavors We ordered different plates just so we could have a bit of everything they offered. Today was not my first time and definitely won?t be the last. PS. I also purchased Golden Krust meat patties at Dollar Tree.

I called ahead to ask if they had vegetarian options and the staff was friendly right from the start. When we arrived, we found a clean and welcoming environment. My family loved the food - everything was delicious.

I ordered a large jerk chicken with white meat. I was informed that there would be a $2.50 upcharge. I was surprised by the additional cost but thought it was understandable given the current prices. However, when my order arrived, I found that there was more rice than chicken, which was disappointing. I questioned how much chicken would be in a small portion if this was considered a large. Additionally, I expected dark meat to be included in the dish since it is typically part of jerk chicken. If the restaurant continues to operate in this manner, it may struggle during tough economic times. If an upcharge is applied, customers should receive what they paid for. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would rather make jerk chicken at home myself, as it is also more affordable.

I ordered a large chicken dish and was told it would be $2.50. I confirmed the price with the server and thought it was reasonable given the current high costs. However, when my order arrived, it was mostly rice with very little chicken. I will include photos as proof. How can a large chicken dish have so little chicken? Isn't a chicken leg supposed to be dark meat? In tough economic times, restaurants like this will struggle to survive if they continue to shortchange customers. If they charge a certain amount, they should provide what customers paid for. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Instead, I recommend cooking at home where it is both more affordable and likely more satisfying.
