Seacrest And Terrace - Hilton Head

My wife and I came down last year and decided to come back this year. I have never been to a cheap resort with such excellent customer service in any way. Each member of the staff is easily identifiable, extremely helpful, cherry and easily available to help with everything you need. We go back to this resort every year. The facilities and rooms are always very clean. The pool atmosphere always has a great Vaca cruise music, and the food and drinks at the pool are better than many restaurants that I was and that is no exaggeration! They disappeared when you pass this place up.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment upon entering the facility, to the gentleman unloading the truck to bringing our bags, right down to check out. I can’t wait to visit again.

I'm not the guy who'll look for the most expensive place just because I can. But when my company sent me for training, I was booked at the resort where the conference was so that this country boy really got a little classic fast. From the moment I came out of the cab, I was greeted with a smile and had the Lord who wore my bag. Then when I went to the desk probably saw the young ladies lost on the counter, were very helpful with my room info, where my event was, a map of the resort and where the food was(the big guy like I love food), and also took the time to show me local bars on the island map. Now the room is very clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the householders are very nice. I'm not a waterman, but I looked at the big water right in front of the back door. I am very happy with this place as a whole, and if for some reason I come back in this way, I will stay here again.

Great resort! Pet and child friendly! Beautiful pool, under deck pool and large beach! Walking distance to the tennis court!

What an amazing place!!! It was our first time that there will be my family spot in Hilton Head now
