Rebbecca Eugene's Seaside Dining

Our family has had the pleasure of knowing Rita since she owned and operated Rebecca Eugene's in Douglasville, Georgia several years ago. Rita makes the best comfort food anywhere. From our family favorite, the Fried Green Tomato sandwich to her fantastic Chicken Salad sandwich. We still talk about and crave her cooking. As we prepare for our wedding anniversary trip to Hilton Head, we are excited to visit the Pub and see our old friends. I promise, Rita would never want you to leave hungry or unhappy. The hotel front desk had trouble with my confirmed reservation so I told the clerk that I would be in the restaurant when the confirmation was confirmed. I went over to the bar and asked for a blended drink. Never before have I been refused a drink. The reason, the bartender was TOO busy. I looked around and yes, I suppose 7 people may have been to taxing for the poor man who I might add had a waitress.
