Hh Prime - Hilton Head Island

HH Prime was pretty good. We could get reservations last minute, but when we were there, we saw that we didn't need reservations. Not sure if they are more busy in the summer, but there were only 2 more tables throughout the restaurant. Our waitress was very nice and considering that I don't think she should be our waitress, I was very happy that we were with her. Bread was given to begin with some honey butter with black salt. The butter combination was very good, but the bread was a little hard. No complaints. We started with the Calamari. That was very chewing and had a lot of bread. I couldn't end much of it because it hurts my jaw. Our main courses were much better. My steak was very well cooked and her potatoes and homemade steak sauce was great. One of our steaks was boiled over (used for medium Rare-received medium). Our waitress didn't push back at all and immediately took the steak back and brought out a new one quickly. This was perfectly cooked. That's why she took off our Calamari without having to ask for me to be very happy. All in all, Steaks were excellent, other foods were fine, service was Top Notch!

I came here last year and had the halibut. Absolutely delicious! Our waiter was also amazing. came back this week and had the Cobia. It was just as amazing and we actually had the same waiter! This is a hidden jewel!

In the morning, I stayed at the Omni Resort with my wife. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Went here as we had a reservation at the hotel for our vacation. Saw the prior reviews and decided to give it chance. Got my steak and it had 0 seasoning, my wife got chicken and it was mostly dry. On top of that her carrots weren?t cooked completely through. Other than that our waiter was wonderful. TLDR: food was not worth the money but service was great.
