Ela's On The Water

Amazing experience! The food was amazing, the service was friendly and frequent, and the views were lovely. We all got steaks, and several of our group did surf turf with lobster and it was just fabulous. We left full and happy! Will definitely return.

Went for dinner on a Thursday evening, had to move up my time 3 times and they were very accommodating. We were started promptly once we finally made it to the restaurant. Sat outside and beautiful views of the marina. Our server Kumar was excellent! We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and he brought us 2 flutes of champagne which was fantastic! He gave us great suggestions for food and drink. I ended up getting the fried calamari...it literally came to our table in less than 5 minutes and honestly I think they just threw them in the microwave because they didn't taste fresh and crunchy...flavor wasn't great either...too salty but I asked for some lemon wedges and it helped counteract the salty flavor. I then ordered the citrus mint julep... didn't like the bitterness of it so Kumar kindly offered to make me another drink...I had the S S. Refresh and it was fantastic! For our meal,I ordered the seafood scampi bucatini and it was delicious!!! My husband ordered the filet mignon... he said it was OK. Overall great romantic ambiance and staff and I'd go back again!

Ranele our waiter was very helpful in recommendations and prompt with our orders. The views from outside dining were pleasant and music from inside the restaurant was entertaining even though we were outside.

Good friends recommended Ela's to us and thyme never steer us wrong. We had a table of 12. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was excellent. She really knew the menu well, as well as the outstanding wine list. Everyone was very pleased with their order which was timed very well. There was live acoustic guitar playing in the background that just added to the cool vibe. Wonderful evening. Thanks to the entire staff!!

We were recommended this restaurant by a barternser at the Resort we were staying. We made a reservation on a Sunday afternoon and once we got there we asked to be seated outside they told us it would be OVER 2 hr wait this was off season, it was full but not at all busy) we said ok and they took us to our seat, we asked for an opened table by the window inside) and were immediately told no, that it was specifically reserved for someone else already. They were not at all accommodating and it felt a bit racist. We ended up just taking the table we were given, and by the time we were leaving almost 2 hours later.... They had never sat a person at the “taken” table. Would not return. The service and wait staff were great, def 5 star service. Food was ok, lobster ravioli was rich and very heavy, pear salad and lobster bisque was good, the calamari was just ok.
