Our Cashier Breana was very nice for Christmas eve. Free refills on drinks, handmade patty for my daughters 2 slider kids meal. Brand new chain for Hilo. Come back soon. Higher prices than Mickey D's, but better quality in my opinion. The collaboration with Fun Factory is also a plus. You lose a star for the price.

The burgers, fries and shakes are very good, but prices can be a bit too much to handle. I would say it is worth trying at least once if you have the money, but otherwise there are cheaper options in the food court there.

I got the Spicy Houston for chili cheeseries and a big (refillable drink for $23 (that's for 1 person Ouch I could have saved about $4 and got the deluxe that includes frits and drinking, but I really wanted to try the chili cheeseries. So now the quality and taste. The burger was about the size of a jr. whopper (no joke saw it bigger until I got my hands on them and saw the small, thin patty and airy bungalow, about which I would not normally complain, because who would not like a beautiful light and airy buns? This gall, whose lower bungalow was completely wet and soggy (And my burger did not sit long before I was given It was so wet and soggy that it prompted me to give my burger a nice squeeze and observe how water and fat pour on my basket. In addition, I should say that a Jr who had a better taste. Just not worth $11. Now the fries I had to have. No. Soggy, with a sub par chili and cheese goop. No. No real cheese here. Johnny Rockets, I have a feeling that you get people who are curious, but not many return customers.

Portions are tiny, my bill came out to about $33 for burgers and fries for two. For a 15 dollar burger you should at least get fresh beef, not frozen patties. Either than the price it's not a terrible burger.

I ordered the bbq burger with no onion rings and a small drink and paid $13.72. The server didn 't even ask my friend who was with me if he wanted to order, she went back to the kitchen to make what I found out to be the 3 orders before me and mine. This is the noon hour, why only one person working? Then when I got my food, there was no discernable bbq sauce what so ever, I even opened the bun infront of the server and showed her. She said it 's there . The bun was nice and so was the bacon, but the patty was small thin and dry. For the money, I could have gone to Hilo Burger Joint and gotten a much better burger with fries as well as much better service.
