Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe Sugar Gum used to be a traditional country pub in the midst of the suburbs, but has recently undergone a modern update. Whenever I'm in the area, I like to stop by for a quick beer. The majority of patrons at the bar seem to be tradesmen stopping in for a drink after work. I've always found the food to be delicious, offering classic pub-style dishes. The gaming room is also quite popular among visitors.
I visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve for a special night with my partner. My partner ordered the Rib Eye, but when it arrived, it resembled a scotch. We had already expressed our dissatisfaction with the entree and requested to speak with the chef. However, the chef was too busy to come and discuss the matter. Ultimately, they offered us a free dessert without any apology. I was disappointed with the service and experience, and as a result, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
I ordered a bruschetta for two and received a piece of bread with cheese and herbs. I was very dissatisfied.
Went as couples,You would think spending millions on a renovation would include a sports bar/Adult area, seems to be a bistro with kids club,,,and Pokies,,,kids were running around the bar/beer garden area,,,,seemed more like a child care center...
Place looks nice since the renovation but...... no explaination on arrival, no menus and found out later has to go to counter for ordering. Booked for table for only service was very slow, waited hr in a queue just to order. Couldn’t...substitute anything (veggies instead of chips! kids meals tiny with about chips, burger bun burnt to black, meat pattie chewy, meals took over to come to table. Unable to fit the other negatives in the word count. Some of the adult meals tasted good. Kids play area good.
