Papa John's Pizza - Hillsborough County

I highly advise against dining at this restaurant. It is extremely dirty and unpleasant. The staff were not properly dressed and were handling food in an unsanitary manner. The cashier was disrespectful and made mistakes with my order without acknowledging them. The establishment was filthy, with insects in the corners, and the workers were in dirty clothing and bringing in supplies from a dilapidated car. Additionally, one of the employees sneezed on the pizza I had ordered, leading me to cancel my order. When I requested a refund, they were uncooperative and only relented after I threatened to report them. As I was leaving, I witnessed them consuming the pizza I had canceled. I intend to report this incident to the Papa John's franchise in hopes that they will address their sanitation issues before it tarnishes their reputation. I will not be patronizing this particular Papa John's location again.

I recently tried the chicken Alfredo bowl at Papa John's and it was amazing. The dish was well-balanced, not drowning in sauce or toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back for more!
