To give some context, I specifically requested a certain cut of meat for a beef Wellington, and they gave me two random pieces. When I asked about it, they said, "You don’t have to buy it." Yes, I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here if you had just gotten my order right.
Our dog began eating raw food from this brand at the start of the year, but recently he started digging. After a course of antibiotics, we returned him to the raw food diet (with no other food), but after 2-3 days, he developed diarrhea. I called to seek information about this issue, and they told me that the recipe hasn't changed and suggested that my dog might have an allergy. They didn't even ask for my phone number to follow up on my concerns. Now I have a lot of raw food that is going to waste. It seems like there is a problem with their latest raw food for dogs.
I can always rely on this place to have fresh products! We bring a cooler and stock up on everything we need, then freeze it. Most importantly, I love that they allow you to preorder holiday meats, like their Thanksgiving turkey, and they have made the process a breeze. No more buying a frozen Butterball for us!
We were on a road trip from Washington and needed a quick lunch stop. I'm glad we found this place because the sandwiches were not only generous in size but also reasonably priced. While I appreciated the large portions, the sandwiches were a bit messy to eat. I ended up needing utensils for the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, and there was a bit too much mustard on my roast beef sandwich. Overall, the sandwiches didn’t hold together well. Despite that, they were really tasty!
