Subway - Hillsboro

Service has been very slow multiple times and orders are frequently wrong. In the last year online orders have taken 30+ minutes to complete instead of the 15 minutes quoted at time of purchase. Today I ordered a veggie delight sub and it barely had any veggies in one half despite asking for “more” on several toppings. Also asked for 3 cookies and received 2. This used to be my favorite Subway. Now it's only a shadow of it's former self.

Don't go here. They do only automated order which eliminates customization. Service is super slow. Interested go to the one next to Hillsboro WinCo.

I've never used the kiosk, didn't know it happened. Staff was rude when I went to the counter first. Kiosk dosnt allows you to make the sandwich how YOU want it. And both my sandwiches are completely wrong.

First time using the kiosk experience. It was different. Easy.. like that they are open 24 hours.

I ordered the foot long pro and I got the foot long divided by 2 instead! I got half portions instead of my double and they never put more when you ask for it one the app. Also you can't see them make your sandwich anymore because of intelligence I guess.
