Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was disappointed with this restaurant. As a fan of Chipotle, I even spoke to what I believed was a supervisor about the lack of filling in my bowl every time I visit. I am tired of having to ask for more. Save your money and go to a different restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is average. The service provided by the workers is adequate. The atmosphere is a bit too informal for my liking. However, I have noticed that the restaurant is consistently dirty whenever I visit, including the tables and the area where food is served. I am not sure if they are understaffed, but they definitely need to make improvements.

The Chipotle restaurant near Northern Kentucky University is definitely top-notch. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, the staff is extremely friendly, and they ensure that their regular customers are well taken care of.

We love this Chipotle! We've been going for over 10 years. The staff is always great, and the food is always done right. Of the many times I've been here, the food items are always stocked. This location is very well managed and has a great team that all seem to work very well together. There are times I travel from near the Alexandria Chipotle and pass it up to come all the way here because the food is done right, and orders are timely and accurate. I know the food items are ready and stocked. There is a lot less waiting here. I can trust this place with my carry out orders too. This Chipotle is wonderful!

I LOVE this Chipotle location! After giving up on the Newport location due to their horrendous service/quality issues and constantly feeling scammed by their skimping on portions, Highland Heights has restored my faith. Portions are always reasonable and the chips are always cooked properly and not soggy. My orders are always right and the staff is always quick and friendly. Corporate, hope you’re paying attention bc this location is doing something right.
