Applebee's Grill - Highland Heights

Amazing after AEW. Wasn't horrible packed. Our server only came to.our table 3 times in total. We ordered! Nktjjnf nurbao*

I went to the highland heights location on Alexandria pike tonight at 9:10 and was advised there is a hour and half wait because of the computers? Hour and half would put us right at closing. They turned away at least 20 people. My husband is very very upset this is twice Eastgate location earlier this week since we live in Eastgate we specifically drove to your location for better service to find it was worse then Eastgate they would at least seat us let us know of the wait and work and not turn away customers. It was not busy several tables were open and cleaned none were dirty. Looking around I only seen maybe 1-2 tables without their food already. My husband and I used to go at least twice a week and now idk that we will be back. It was ridiculous your business is truly going down hill and for management to be okay with that and losing business and money is crazy. Wonder if corporate is even aware of this. I honestly feel like they were just trying to not have people there after close it was young kids and little girl could even explain herself why. We were not rude just walked out something needs to be done about this poor management: clearly this is why Applebees is slowly going out of business and I can understand why it’s a Friday night.

I read some reviews before coming and I was not expecting the amazing service that we got! We got seated, got our drinks and food all super quick! Our server was Lisa, very nice and sweet lady! Definitely will be back!

Regular goto place. Always happy with experience there. Friendly staff, good food and decent portions!

Applebee's just isn't what it used to be. Waiting 20 minutes for a table when the entire restaurant only has about 6 tables sat is ridiculous. I don't need to hear about how you're short of staff a server walked out but this seems to be the constant script from the hostess. If it was not for my 13 yr old insisting to eat there, I would have gone elsewhere. Food was good though, plates were sizzling when brought out. Service was simply ok.
