The Clachan Highland Pub

Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The menu was a bit limited, but the food was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very pleasant.

Wonderful atmosphere and great food. We even had impromptu folk music on both times we visited. Would highly recommend booking as many without reservations were turned away

During our visit to Skye we had dinner at The Clachan on two successive nights. Our party of four tried most of the entree items were totally satisified with each meal. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is absolutely fabulous. We highly recommend this place.

I had seafood starters for starter and main and my wife had a panco chicken burger. We shared a banana sticky toffee pudding. Everything was fresh and delicious with friendly service in a bar frequented by locals (always a good sign). As we have a holiday home locally we will be very happy to return frequently. Happy to recommend to all comers!

Lovely local pub in Dornie we visited with friends over new year and stayed close by It is 2 minutes walk to the iconic Eilean Donan Castle. Friendly owners and bar staff the chef has a great reputation. Would recommend as a great pit stop. Checking opening times online
