The Biscuit Factory - High Point

I'm usually satisfied, but today I'm a little bit upset because I paid the full price for my order, only to drive 20 minutes and to notice that everything was not in my order, then I drive back and ask if they remake what I had due to this fact, and they warmed up my cookies and gave it to me with fresh side that should have been in my order of beginning. a simple order didn't have to be so difficult.

The Biscuit Factory has been a High Point staple for years. Their lunch is surprisingly just as good as their breakfast. Hands down, the best french fries of all time.

Drive thru was not busy, ordering was simply and uneventful, except no dollar Total given. I consider myself a senior so I am comfortable describing the person at the window as a mature women. I got two chicken biscuits,coffee and Pepsi. I was given the total and paid,handed the drinks never being asked if I needed cream and sugar. I asked. Meal was handed to me and the window slid closed. Ok..how much do I have to spend to get a thank you, no really, I'd like to know. This mature women was old enough to know how to say thank you yet did not and could care less if I spent one dollar or a hundred. She should quit.i won't be back.thankyou.

I was craving a good burger and Biscuit Factory hit the spot. Great customer service, quick service, delicious burger. Will definitely return

Erm, who doesn't love biscuits. Especially, home-made style. The biscuit factory is one of my favorite restaurants in High Point.Great menu, amazing staff and fun dining area.
