Duck Donuts Heron Village - High Point

While we love Duck Donuts, we were shocked by the apathy of the employees. The young man at the register was on Snapchat the whole time and the young lady that made the donuts literally rolled her eyes when we ordered. The donuts were great, but seems like the employees should at least seem to care about their job.

The best donuts in the planet. The customer service in here is so amazing and everyone is so welcoming and polite. I will be coming here for many years. Welcome to High Point. Thank God its here.

We stopped in last spring, while seeing family excellent service and a friendly staff some of the best donuts that I ever had.

The worst service, donuts are good but owner needs to train the young workers on customer service! First off greet every customer. Greeting customers should not depend on your snotty little mood make them feel welcomed and appreciated. I bought 2 dozens did not get a hello when I walked in, I asked a couple questions and I felt like they wanted to choke me, they looked at each other like I was crazy. Will not be going back Until I get a reply that they will train the associates customer service and manners.
