Arctic Circle - Herriman

The food was pretty good, but the girl at the window was crying really hard and still taking our order and giving us food and stuff??? Can a manager not give her a break or something??? What are you guys doing to your employees???

I don't think the Playground has ever had a deep clean. It is so dirty and gross. I always make my kids shower after playing. The staff is pretty nice though, and the kids love going.

Great shakes, but the service is awful. Half the time you go during business hours they say they are closed. The times on the windows say they are open and the workers are there but they lock the doors and don't answer the drive thru.

I went through drive thru to get 2 large shakes, there was only one car in front of me. I pulled up to the drive thru window and I waited about 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, take payment and give me the shakes. There were about 4 employees that walked by the window, looked at me and did not engage. Lack of urgency at this store, but the shakes were good.

This location is the worst location on the planet. I’ve lived in the area for 9 years and have never had a wait shorter than 15 minutes. **** poor business. Owners have failed tremendously.
