Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I don’t know how to receive something to eat slaw with here. I’ve tried asking at the intercom. I’ve tried asking at the window before they tell you to pull around. There has to be a sticker only invisible to me on my windshield that says, “make eat slaw with hands”. Once or twice? I get it. 10+ times in a row where I’ve asked for it every time? Incredible.

Parking: Parking lot is very closed off and easily blocked by drive thru. Also hard to exit back in the direction of the highway

Could've been cleaner. The employees that worked the counter were all I saw, and they were just standing back there when I was the only customer inside. No one hardly in the drive thru either. It was slow, and it was kinda dirty.Employee service was good, they were very nice and friendly.

Went through drive through just now Ordered fried chicken Philly meal just *light on the aoili sauce. And the girl at the speaker acted like I asked her to do rocket science. She said “that’s not possible”. I said “I mean the aoili sauce y’all put on it….. you can’t just put less?”. And then she told me to wait like she needed to go ask a manager. I ended up just leaving instead ?
