Taco Bell - Hernando

This used to be a great TB location, but has really gone downhill in the last couple of months. Here's pics of what you want vs. what you get. Plus my daughters hard shell tacos were extremely stale, she threw them away. ?

Great service! Very fast, very friendly and the food was better than expected.

Seems like they must care about their customers because I always get a hot menu item with a smile ?

I ordered my food and waited about 15 -20 minutes. People came in after and ordered. They got there good before I did. I didn’t have a big order either. So I asked the cook what’s going on with my order. They finally realized they skipped all over my order . They stopped and fixed my order. I thought they would have gave me an upgrade on my nacho fries since they had we waiting so long . Or didn’t even ask could they give me something free for my wait . They need some work on their customer service skills. I’ve worked in fast food before and I made sure the customer left happy . Especially if I messed up their order or made them wait longer than expected. I will not be back .

This is the worst taco bell i've ever been to. The mens bathroom stall does not even have a doorknob on it, in its place is a makeshift hinge. They messed my order up. The cheese was unmelted, the meat was lukewarm, and even if i wanted lettuce on all my tacos, all the toppings were lopsided. Overall just a horrible experience.
