They have a great variety of toppings and seasonal flavors The place is clean from head to toe, even the restrooms. I went during the opening week promotions, on BOGO day, which was great because I made a pumpkin pie and pecan and praline cup and a separate cranberry raspberry tart and fruit cup yup, ate both myself.
Yaaaaaaaassssss Yogurtland I absolutely love me some Yogurtland. I just enjoy everything about them the flavors, the customer service and the deals. On this particular day it was either the no weigh Wednesday or the BOGO yogurt day on Sunday. Don't cheat yourself but treat yourself to some Yogurtland today
I try not to give 1 star reviews, specially during this time of short staffing but this is the one exception. We came in and immediately there was messes everywhere. I started pouring my froyo and the handles where super greasy and half of em where empty. No hand sanitizer around. Then all the ingredients where mixed into each other. It what made us leave was when a kid liked their hands and went and grabbed a candy serving spoon. Nobody said anything and we literally leftour froyos behind and left queasy.
This happened on 9/1/23 around 8:30. When I was waiting in line to pay the cashier was on her phone looked to be talking on her phone, when it was my turn to pay she asked if I wanted a receipt I said Yes loud and clearly, I finished paying, she said bye left to the back with two customers waiting to pay, and never received my receipt. I understand that there are family emergencies and hope that was the reason but she could have asked one of her coworkers who was near the register who looked to be cleaning the station if she could take over real quick so she can take her phone call, would rather have that then someone who isn’t focused on their job.
One of the few interesting things is having a messy counter and machines. We asked one of the workers if they could wipe down the machines. Response as is, “there’s way too many customers for us to clean it. What do you want me to do.” Hire people that respect your business, not blatantly disregard health code violations with their long nails. HSC § 113973 Section a.Cleanliness in a restaurant should be priority especially to paying customers. Owners don’t care about their cash cow being tarnished .
