Comfort Inn Suites - Henderson

This place is a 2 star at best. With the exception of the waffles, the hot breakfast was lacking and uninviting. The bacon and eggs looked like they were microwaved. We stayed here as a family for our reunion. Never again. We felt okay because the comfort inn in OKC, Oklahoma was great. Here in Henderson We have several queen suites that had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The sofa beds looked like they were donated from the Salvation Army. My Grandkids wouldn't sleep on them. I shall take pics to prove my point and post before we leave. The best part of the hotel is the pool area.

My wife booked a room recently and then had to change the dates. They confirmed it. When my wife arrived last Saturday, after driving 12 hours from Boise with our daughter and 3 grandkids, the desk clerk said they had no reservation. The record hadn't been updated. They were very sorry and said that they's refund the room charge though it was a non-refundable room. The wife had to pay twice the rate at a crappy smoke-filled casino. If Comfort Inn were a stand-up outfit, they would have offered to at least pay the difference in order to hold my wife harmless for their mistake. No offer of that. Today she called them to make sure the room got refunded and they said that there were no notes about refunding the charge, so she got stuck with the charge for a room she didn't use. My wife is a Choice Hotels Club member. Not anymore. Avoid it at all costs. You've been warned.

Hector was amazing. Rest of the staff was always super friendly and courteous. Good place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room clean and cozy.

They fabricate stories about having dogs in the hotel rooms, refuse to admit to their lies.

Cleanliness was superb. Customer service seems like an oxymoron. Neither did they make me feel like a customer and it seems like after they checked you in that was the extent of your customer service. I could go on but I think the point is made.
