Jimmy John's - Heath

Not the biggest and the price is high for what they get.

Went through drive thru. The workers were super nice. Waited a little longer for my order because a new employee was being trained so no issues for me. Keep up the good work.

The pasta would be just enough to feed a toddler. It was one big Ramen noodle with a little bit of creamy sauce. I wasn't happy at all with the restaurant choice and could not recommend it to anyone.

Very rude employees and I watched an employee smoke while our sandwiches were being made. Definitely disgusting.

The Taco Bell next door always has a long line of cars wrapped around the building and out onto the street, with 13 cars in line today. In contrast, Jimmy John's appears to be deserted with no customers in sight. The food at Jimmy John's is so bad that people would rather wait in the long line at Taco Bell than eat their terrible bread. I didn't have time to wait at Taco Bell, so my options were limited to eating 7-hour-old hot dogs at the gas station or trying Jimmy John's. I chose the hot dogs and believe I made the better choice. Hopefully, Jimmy John's can improve their food quality starting with changing the bread and addressing any unpleasant odor in the store. Whichever Jimmy, get it together!
