Starbucks - Hazelwood

Love the North South location, never had a bad experience till I went to the florissant store on Lindbergh. Asked for some milk after picking up my drinks and food and the very nice gentleman asked his female coworker to get it, who was very put out and did not hide it and kinda scolded me for having not asked before. Was juggling my kiddos and just had long day in general, She didn't smile was was just nasty .

This is the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in. The staff is SCREAMING to each other over the loud choice of dance music playing. The tables are filthy. I guess it's great if you need a drive thru fix but don't plan on doing any work here. Even for a 1/2 hour. :

Your baristas need a refresher course on how to make your drinks..Ordered a White Chocolate mocha..Got a cup of hot milk...Ordered London Fog got a cup of plain tea. Repeatedly forgetting the vanilla.

Worst Starbucks location worldwide! Please close this location or bring in the robots and completely automate everything. Every employee is terrible, slow, lazy and dirty. Cannot follow simple instructions or read. Mobile ordering is ignored completely.
