Hiro-hibachi-and-sushi - Haysville

$60 worth of food . In the past we’ve ate here several times before and it was amazing. This time was double priced and the food quality was terrible, they didn’t even give us all our order. We did call and let them know that tonight’s meal was incorrect and inedible and they “remade” we drove 20 min to get the exact same thing back. Her excuse was new management. So we ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi combo with fried rice and salad and a chicken nugget kids meal and shrimp tempura kids meal. Below our pictures of what we got. It looks bad but tastes worse. The steak reminded me of the frozen banquet “steak” meals my grandma bought, The salad was lettucejust lettuce and the shrimp tempura after 2 trips still wasn’t included. The nuggets and fries were definitely frozen chicken nuggets (again banquet meal vibes) my kids wouldn’t touch them. So disappointed for this amount we would have just went to Tokyo or Kobys.

We weren't expecting anything grand, and we basically got what we expected. We were basically the only people there and the floors were sticky. The rice tasted like it was probably made early in the day and re-heated. But in general, it was good. Even our pickiest kids enjoyed the shrimp and rice. My family agreed that we would like to go back and try more of the menu. Service: Dine in
