This restaurant review describes a negative experience at a coffee shop. The customer wanted to order a dark roast, but the staff offered a casting instead. When the customer requested a brewed dark roast instead of pour over, the staff refused, saying it was not their policy to brew dark roast for one person. The customer asked for the general manager's contact information but was given the contact information for someone else. After the customer became upset, the staff eventually brewed the dark roast for them. When asked about the shop's policies, the staff said they did not have them in writing. Overall, the customer was surprised and disappointed by the experience at this coffee shop, as they had never encountered such difficulties ordering a coffee before.

The restaurant has extremely poor management. Despite having 4 people working behind the counter, they still struggle to fulfill orders efficiently. I witnessed a staff member being rude to a customer who simply asked about their order. My own order took 15 minutes longer than the promised time. It seems that when they get busy, they become overwhelmed and stop taking new orders. It has been a long time since I received my order on time from this place. If you choose to dine here, make sure you're not in a rush.

The service was excellent and the staff were delightful. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The room was clean, but could use some extra attention and cleaning. The macchiato was delicious and the latte was also very enjoyable.
