Still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks, numerous calls and being on hold for 50 minutes every time you try to get through. I appreciate your busy at this time but, we do need our money back Sainsbury’s Haverhill
Each email and phone number is inoperative at the moment. I was forced to send an email to the CEO, to complain about a click and collect order this is ridiculous!
Second time I have received a delivery from Haverhill, first time was a disaster, hoped second would be ok. They left the security tags on the alcohol!!!!!!! Tesco here I come, or bring back deliveries from Braintree store, never had any problems from there.
Your staff member Alfie on tills today was excellent. Time of year alone can make the shopping experience stressful, and I know all too well what it’s like working in retail. In just a few minutes he had to put up with coupons that don’t work, to alcohol authorisations and receipt printers not working... Alfie took it all in his stride, calmly and professionally dealing with it all. Alfie is a great representative for your business, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Never met him before just impressed by his customer service. Hats (Santa hats! off to all the team at Sainsbury’s this Christmas. Keep it up.
