We visited the restaurant during international business conference arranged our German host,The buffet meals were extended and tasty,the sea foods especially.The wide range of beer and other drinks The atmosphere was nice. In spite of the restaurant was overcrowded the service was fast and attentive.It seemed everybody from our company to be very satisfied,

We celebrated our wedding there. First we had to fight for parking spaces on the car park that was supposed to be ours. Luckily they had another car park 500m away.Welcome was warm but they did not expect that some of our guests would drink more than one welcome drink while waiting for the guests who had to drive to the other car park.The room was fantastic but the two waiters weren't there all the time, one more would have been perfect. The food was okay, little too salty but enough for all our guests. Drinks were good.Right before we wantedt to cut our wedding cake the junior boss approached us and told us that the swapped our cake with the cake of another couple. We were shocked but then accepted the cake of the other couple just to have one cake and to save the restaurant to lose face.They did not thank us that, a day later they wanted the money without any compensation offers. When asked they only said that we are lucky, normally they would charge us for the substitute cake or at least 50% of the value... Never ever again.

Had booked a room for a wedding in October, it was also promised a lot. A wedding should be one of the most beautiful days. When we came into the room there were still buckets in the room because the roof was leaking to catch the water. The service didn't get to serve the guests at the table. Guests picked up their drinks themselves, not to mention that the empty plates could finally be removed. The service was simply a disaster. One had complained to the boss and one got the answer they now get the best service as with untrained staff. Guests got drinks spilled over the pants (can all happen) but there was no excuse or anything else. Children went with their used glass to the counter ordered another drink they asked that your glass took this glass and filled it again. Don't go at all in an alleged 4 star house. At the late hour the beer was all, the so-called service no longer wanted to get a new barrel up into the basement. So a lack came to the other and that on a wedding that still costs a lot of money there. The end of the song was that the last drop brought the barrel to overflow. The hotel had also booked two double rooms for two nights with breakfast because it was only very late on Saturday. On Saturday morning when four people wanted breakfast, it was meant for three people, although the rooms were paid, you did not stay here they did not get breakfast. We hope that it will help some couples there NOT to celebrate.
