Twice Daily - Hartsville

Has become one of the worst convenience stores to ever be a customer at. Sad part is, it's the only store open 24 hours. If all twice daily's were like this one, they would go out of business. Unless they too were the only store open and people had no choice but to go there.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was VERY rude to my fiancé. Told him she couldn?t break the bill he had but refused to go get the manager because she was in the back talking to a group of guys. Almost every time I go in there myself in the early morning 12-2 am they are always standing around or in the back talking to a group and I almost always have to wait to be waited on because they are busy talking. Very poor service.

The managers here are all very rude. You can tell from the moment you enter the store that they do not want to be there. Also when you call to speak to a manager and you say something they don?t like they hang up on you. They know they work in customer service yet they do not act like it. I will not be returning to this Store!

So...went in to get cigarettes. Decided To also get donuts. Got to the counter and thought I'd go ahead and get a carton. Asked the girl how much she gave me a price. The total was over 43.00. Had a 100 dollar bill. She said she couldn't make change. I said you dont have 60.00. She said no. Okay so I'm thinking a manager cant get it, but I got out a credit card and paid. Upon picking up my items I said oh I asked for shorts. She said that's all we have. REALLY YOU COUKDNT TELL ME THST BEFORE I USED A CREDIT CARD? UGHHH...I WONT BE BACK

If you need a job please don't go here. It's a mess. Supervisor should be ashamed of herself of the disgusting attitude she gives people. She fired me for telling the staff manager was in jail. She has lied on me about telling Hartsville about our manager in jail ???? and I don't even know or associate or even live in Hartsville, really makes no sense. Found me a better job who value me and is an uplifting positive environment. Trying to save the next employee trouble. They need new management or a new GENERAL MANAGER.
