Family Lanes Amusements - Hartselle

We took the whole Bowling family here a week night that wasn't too busy and had a great time. And now we're gone several times. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Get a smaller shoe than you think you need.

We had a surprise party for the 14th of my daughter this weekend. I wouldn't have asked for a better venue. I bought a cake, table cloth, balloons and a few small table decorations... while they delivered plates, cups, forks spoons, napkins, pizzas, drinks and ice as well as an hour bowling and shoe rental. The price was so reasonable for everything they did. My daughter especially enjoyed the cute little birthday news that played on the screen during the bowling part of the party. Thank you to all the staff there who helped make this day so special for them!!! I would certainly recommend them and the party package!!!

I celebrated the 5th birthday. Excellent service and facilities.

UPDATE: Suspension for a week after dropping the racial remarks? That's not how customers should be treated. And no the weight comment wasn't about the plastic chair it was exactly the chair he pointed at which wasn't plastic. A man named Scott also heard this remark. A one week suspension doesn't make up for racial remarks. I'll just be sure to spread the word and share my story as will those who visited this place with me. My friend from Vegas being threatened as well. I hate that we cannot give you our business in the future, nor will my family and friends. We use to enjoy coming to play pool until the singer cowboy made racial slurs and talked about overweight people even threating an out of towner that came with us who was spending lots of money. It's ashame they don't have better people playing for this place. I hope the owner will reach out to me and ban this man from this place. This man definitely hurts the business that would be coming.

You will definitely love this place. Like the name says, you will feel like they are family in a very short time! The managers make you feel at home from the 1st time you walk through the door. They run a very nice and clean establishment. You can't ask for more in a bowling center...from the new synthetic lanes to the state of the art scoring systems, they have it all!
