Perfect service, we asked names to be written on certain drinks and they ended the order according to our wish to the best standard. the milkshakes were amazing, filled to the edge and well made, everyone was satisfied with his commands. would be recommended and in any case again for another tasty bite!

I always have the best experience when I come here. The staff are always very friendly and know what I want everytime I go there. The kids love it here as the ice cream is amazing. You can never go wrong here as it is the best ice cream joint in London.

This is more of a takeaway than eat In establishment. If I am in a Hatch End always drop in for a mixed tub to take home to eat over the next couple of days. Great mix of flavours and toppings to suit whatever mood. Can get really busy on hot days

The staff are always nice and friendly and serve you with a smile. Even though I did drive one staff member mad by trying about six different flavours. Only because the ice cream I like best was out of rotation.

Visitied Baskins after disappointing meal and though we had to wait in line we were given great service and the ice cream was fantastic. This time I had Gold Medal Ribbon, which was great, as always.
