The owner is a great person. Jose our server was very cool and helpful. The hooks are very ingenious. Certainly try their lamb and chicken cababs Authentic Kurdish food

I have never mistreated myself by the owner or their staff to carry symbolism that expresses love to my country. I know the owner, her family had some of her friends for almost 10 years and had many outings to live socially. this is not an anti-American company owned or operated. my food has always been prepared for a satisfactory way, the staff was always warm.

Great food, great atmosphere! Only down is that together with hook people can and will smoke cigarettes. Apart from that, everything is great in this place! Get your Gyro Wrap, it's absolutely amazing!!

I love this place. The owners, servers etc. are so friendly and attentive. They feel so welcome and like family. And don't even let me start eating. All right. It's like cooking at home, but better. Recommend everything in the menu. I haven't found anything yet! Love to walk and see someone from every walk of life here and all conversation partners. There were many people who were just beginning conversations and really want to know each other. You can even sit and read a book with a pot of tea, or take a drink and pick up with friends or even see a game or hear good music. Super cozy and fun atmosphere. Don't know another place in town like that. Very recommended.

I'm not one to typically leave a review but I feel this one is well deserved. My My fiancé and I don't get too many nights out but when we do we love visiting Social as the drinks and food are amazing. Not only is it a fun vibe, good music and feels clean and safe (especially during the pandemic) but the staff is truly incredible. Anytime we've ever gone to Social they have been so welcoming and accommodating. I've learn this is a local family owned business and maybe that's why we love it so much. Anytime we visit we're always greeted as if they are excited to see us. I often see them walking around and building relationships with other customers as well which is a really nice feeling. There aren't too many places to go out in Harrisonburg but Social is hands down one of our favorite go to spots! If you're local and looking for a fun night out or just visiting the area I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out!
