Pizza Hut - Harlan

The pizza was hot and fresh and the delivery was pretty fast. The driver was super nice!

Prices are too high and customer service was horrible. Nobody came to see if we needed refills on our drinks and had to go retrieve our bill to pay. For the prices you charge, the customer experience needs to be a lot better.

Called in our order for pickup they said would be a 25 min wait. We gave them 35 then when we went to pickup in drive-thru we paid and then sat there 17 min while 4 employees stood right there just talking and would look over at us every few m8n and continue to stand there and be rude. We waited close to an hour on what was said by them would only be 25 min

Good pizza ,good Waitress, did not have to wait to long Also it was clean
