Panda Express - Harker Heights

Easy, but good. Nothing excellent but good, basic Asian food. Quickly turn on and off and consistent.

It is better than most genuine Chinese restaurants in the area. It's okay, food is usually fine and consistent. My only grip is that they are a bunch of high school children in the drive-thru, who usually screw up and forget to give you sauce or napkins or such.

Service and food were good. The rice and the main dishes were tasty, the egg rolls were a little bland. Good fast food Chinese food.

Customer service was good. There was a line to wait, but this is just because of a Panda's Express in the city. It's time to build another. As for food, it was good, but they forgot a spoon and some napkins. I was out there. There was a lot of sauce in the bag. Next time, I'll check my bag before I move away from the window.

Here is another fastfood restaurant I think is not getting a fair shake. A lot of complaints I have read were about the wait and running out of food. If you ever have visited the Harker heights location you know that the line is always long especially during peak hours. One good thing about them is that the food is always cooked fresh, so some of that wait is due to them cooking more food as it runs out. The service is always top notch and the workers are very dedicated to serving their customers. Also if you have any issues with them they tend to resolve them without hesitation. Would be 5 stars but I have to agree that the food doesn't always seem seasoned, but they are cooking for hundreds at a time and not for 1 or 2 customers at a time
