After waiting for about 20 minutes in the Drive Through line, I finally reached the window. I explained the situation to Gary H. and he was extremely kind and offered me a free large drink. This level of exceptional customer service made me very happy and impressed with how Gary treated me. Good customer service goes a long way in building customer loyalty.
I ordered inside the switch. I have selected elements from the value menu. Small but great value and taste for lunch. I ordered the switch. The money took my $5 and asked me if I wanted to change. Odd question I thought. I remembered, however, it was happy hour and added a Mango Freeze (it was not a taste option on the app) and it was pretty good. I asked how much more I owed her and she said it was good. Later I calculated that I owe her 9 cents more. Thanks for the deal! I ate inside. It was quiet and clean.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The drive-thru is consistently quick, my orders are always accurate, and the manager is incredibly kind and professional. The staff, in particular, is exceptional - they're always friendly and cheerful.
There's a girl working here with blue hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was wonderful! She has such an amazing attitude. Every time I get here, the staff is always so nice.
Although my order was not correct, the service at this restaurant was excellent. I accidentally left my wallet behind, but they were understanding and allowed me to return for it. If my order had been accurate, I would have given them five stars.
