Pizza Hut - Happy Valley

3 bad experiences in a row. First time they sorted me all my sauces for bread, 2nd time they took 40 mins for just 2 orders of breadsticks and tonight they made a half cheese half pepperoni wrong and took 20 mins to remake. Done here for a long time and reviews have been bad for a little bit now

First at all, I was a regular getting pizza from this place. Today I did an online order for delivery but after waiting a bit longer than usual I call the store for and update on my order, and they cancelled because because they were out of dough and second reason was because they weren’t open at that time they didn’t receive the order and order was placed at 3:15 pm. Just lies,also they could call to notify me or send an email just to let me know what was going on.I’m writing this review because this is the second time they do that to me and they never refund my money and I had been given them a second chance after the first issue but they need new staff or training to be more costumer oriented and gain more costumers.

The two long hair guys working here are extremely sweaty and look like they have never ran a pizza shop ever, I’ve been sitting here waiting for my premade order for over 20 minutes and I ordered it 40 min ago(a personal pan pizza)

I ordered pineapple on my pizza and y’all put maybe seven pieces of pineapple on a large pizza. There was barely any. If I pay for something I want to get it. I’ll not order from Pizza Hut again. Also I asked for no knock contactless, didn’t get that either. Pizza tasted good enough just wanted pineapple on my darn

Bang for your buck just isnt there… Spent much more than I normally do trying to get myself, and a 9, 6 year old fed and left still hungry…. Do Not Buy The Big New Yorker!!! Nothing big about it.
