Firehouse Subs Hanover Shoppes

Rude customer service. The food is so (not worth the $50 I spent for a family of four). When I told an employee that her soda machine didn't taste properly, he literally yelled at me. No excuse or he can't fix the machine. Will not return.

Here twice, and it looks like it's our lunch when we leave Lowes. Really good food and money goes to firefighters and safety awareness programs.

This was my first trip to a Firehouse Subs and it will definitely be my last. The staff was extremely unfriendly and obviously bad to be there. A sub was not done as I asked. The food was mediocre. The biggest waste of $50 I've ever spent.

I always get the hook and ladder salad. It's just so good, especially with their house dressing. They did make it without green peppers, by our request. I'm glad they got our order correct.
