La Perla - Hannover

I had the scampi starter which was very good. Then I had the baked lasagna, which was ok... way too much cheese for my liking. The staff was very friendly, our waiter didn’t really know a lot of English, but that seems to be...the case all over Germany and Austria we’ve been to both recently. All in all it was ok. Went to La Perla for a lunch. This is a Italian restaurant placed in the pedestrian zone Lister Meile in Hannover. After a rather long waiting I got a menu and ordered soup as a starter and a pizza. The soup was rather tasteless and...the pizza was not more than average. The waiter was rather arrogant and not very keen on communicating with his clients. As there are many restaurants along this street, this is probably not your first choice...

Loved this restaurant. The service was friendly and with an excellent attitude. Food was what you would expect from a great Italian restaurant delicious, full of flavour and simple at the same time. I hope I can visit La Perla again soon

We ate there on a Sunday evening and was able to sit outside as it was the first warm day. The location is the attractive feature of this restaurant. It is on the pedwalk and there is a walking guitarist that provided good music. We...ordered the fish of the day, sea bream, and pasta. The dish was a whole fish and was seasoned well. The pasta was prepared well. Service was efficient. They have a decent wine list

Strange and bland cheese with the most awful sauce. it is quick and convenient but not worth stopping for. the restaurant is only a little bit better inside
