Oec Japanese Express - Hammond

The fried chicken had pieces of fried batter with no chicken and was a bit more crunchy then we like. The seaweed used in the rolls were a bit more chewy they liked as well. This is a very good place to eat and we will continue to eat here.

Not a fancy restaurant. But for the price, they have really good sushi. Hibachi isn't amazing, but it is cheap and filling, and the sauces bring everything together. The Squid Salad is really good. Is more of a order ahead and pick up type place, but they do a really good job with it. Relatively cheap and good sushi. Would definitely rather come here than anywhere else in Hammond for sushi. Customer service isn't always the best, but like I said again, for the price, I think it is all worth it.

Awsome small place great for date night. Or order and pick it up. My teenagers love this place.

I was getting my nails done next door and I could see people driving up, walking up, and standing in line. I had to see what the fuss was about. I ordered a snack, which included fried chicken wingettes and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp was huge, I guess that's why they only give you 6, but the rice was plentiful and the bonus was steamed broccoli, “I didn't expect that,” it was plentiful as well. Before I got home, I'd eaten all the broccoli and chicken; it was DE-LIC-OUS!
