The food is always fresh and delicious, and I never have to wait long for my order. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the person who took my order was not very friendly and didn't smile at me. She appeared as if she didn't want to be there. I understand that we all have off days, but having worked in customer service for years, I know that something as simple as a smile can make customers feel appreciated. She wasn't rude, just uninterested in serving me.
We were so hungry. The entire meal messed up. I asked for a combo and to upsize to large. The drink was medium. My daughter asked for a chicken ceasar but got a regular ceasar with no croutons and no dressing. My son had a strand of hair on his burger. What a bad
Went through drive thru today. I was the only car. Not busy at all. Paid and got my food right away. So the people working weren't rushed. But they made my burger, like they were blindfolded, with one arm tied behind their back, while trying to set a guiness book of world records for the fastest hamburger ever assembled. I always loved Wendy's growing up, and I have not been there in ages. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, and try this location again on a different day at a different time.
Every time I go to this Wendy’s they always mess up the order. They also take very long. Worth driving to another Wendy’s.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Wendy's where I waited nearly ten minutes before being acknowledged. Despite their busyness, the staff's failure to recognize my presence was unkind and unprofessional. The lack of urgency in their service has significantly tainted my overall perception of this franchise. Hence, I am left with no choice but to rate this Wendy's with a 1-star for this visit. I hope this feedback leads to necessary improvements in their customer service (LOL)
