Shorty's Pizza - Hamilton

We made the drive from Niagara Falls because we don't have a NY style pizzeria nearby, and we were not disappointed.

We waited 90 minutes for an $8 tiny Caesar salad and a large pepperoni and speck with mushroom pizza that was incredibly greasy (what happened to our perfectly cooked crust? it melted off the box! Are you sweating? $35 for this?)

Shorty's is hands down the best pizza place in Hamilton. I drive all the way from Niagara just to enjoy their pizza, and I am never disappointed.

I love an independent pizzeria and this is 500% better than any chain. I heard of shorty’s from a twitter review of best toronto pizzarias, in which the reviewer compare the best on his list to shorty’s. I live in burlington and waze told me that shorty is only 17 minutes away, so I decided to try it sometime and yesterday after a long day of the woken warrior work I ordered 2 tore to reward me and my volunteer work the 18 Bacon-Mushroom and a 14 hawaiian. as expected (and especially on the Canada Day) the dame that took my order advised me from a 1:50 wait no problem I said. I showed after 1:45 parking was quite busy there, but I found a place no problem and the pizzas were already available for picking up, and I drove with them home. once delivered, we dived in. taste was 10/10. I'd give 6-7. the teig was quite hard as if he was perhaps overworked, and the center of the hawaiian was slighly the teig not undercooked the toppings. as cold left pizza the next day it was still great. overall I will definitely be back and I recommend it. as others have said, order them further at busy days / appointments.

Don’t recommend this place have tried a few times to order and have been told at like 9pm they are not receiving anymore orders why say your open till 10 if you stop taking orders at 9 won’t be trying anymore
