Tapas y Mas - Hamburg

I was here with some friends and was not impressed. the place itself is ok, quite cozy, easy. but eating was not so great. the kartoffels were boring, the mushrooms swimming in oil, the red wine was really cold served, I guess they keep the...wine bottles in the refrigerator. the service was friendly. not a place I have to visit again.

The food was acceptable, but the service was terrible – forgotten commands, brought only some of what we ordered and overloaded us on the bill, so we had to ask them to correct it. not worth a visit!

In comparison to the tapas they can be in Spanish, very averaged. Sweet croquettes with little taste, albondigas were ok, patatas bravas also something different from what they get in Spain. service was fast and flexible.

Invited by a friend to eat here, he raved about the place. Nice concept but constant singing and music not my style. I ended up paying... Not cheap and food not that great.

Ok I know tapas is all about lots of small dishes, but the amount of food in each dish here amounted to poor value for money. The food itself was OK but not exciting. Nit recommended.
